the overall objective of day 2 report checking, process and conrtol staff is to enusre the sealmess of gcg core opertaion. able to work under pressure, micrsooft ofifce inclduing emial,
hodls at lesat diploma or degree in any field
excellent communication skills in english and vietnamese
previous clerical, customer service experience would be an added advantage
attention to detail and ability to resolve problems as they arise
strong customer service orientation, matured and motivated
knowledge of internet, ms word and fax
high level of listening and comprehension skills, ms excel.
at least 1 year demonstrated consumer operations experience.
verify and prepare aml report to compliance.
core operation parameter set up
maker parameter set up for bank and card system.
arr report preparation.
quarterly risk and control self assessment.
day 2 process and control
· basic knowledge about bank and card product.the staff will report directly to the report checking unit head.able to probe for required information from customer.
