ideally you'll have a bachelor's degree in hotel or hospitality management (or equivalent), with at least two (2) years experience as a department head or executive committee member in a hotel team.
by assisting to create a positive and productive work environment, you'll establish and maintain effective employee relations, ensure superior guest experience and assume responsibilities as appropriate in the absence of the general manager.
