position requirements: qualification and skills requirement:

. strong experience in training design and delivery.
1. organization and leadership development: work on organizational and manpower development plan to support a growth and dynamic business.consult with line managers and hr managers to fully understand business training and developmental needs.
physical work location: 38 doc lap, thuan an, binh duong, vsip (vietnam-singapore industrial park). motivate and influence others in a team-based organization, ability to lead.
. develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.
. at least 8 years experience in employee training and development with at least 3 years at supervisory and managerial role.
. evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.certified trainer is preferred.
. excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
