you'll be an integral member of the hotel's manaegment team, providing expertise and direction of all aspects of the markteing & communication activities in line with the overall business strategy.
- direct and routine interaction with regional saels and markteing office.
- drive brand and resort recognition within the national market as well as globally
- driving, monitoring and directing the outsourced pr company
- functioning as the brand guardian within the hotel ensuring a consistent and flawless experience within the hotel and brand perception within the target audience
- managing a small but highly engaged team of 3 (marcom/pr/graphic design)
ideally, you'll have a bachelors' degree in communication with 5 years' markteing communications experience.
you will be responsible for:
- overseeing the planning and develpoment of promotional straetgies
- ovesree and asisst with the development and implemnetation of the marketing plan
- management of the sales and marketing team and repotring on effectvieness of the plan.
