the role calls for candidates who possess the following:

- interpersonal skills - the role entails frequent interaction with peers, internal customers and various units outside credit ops. the specialist will also implement strategies by setting up the corresponding parameters in the cacs system. he/she will be responsible for the setup and running of the collections system - computer aided collcetion system (cacs). the ability to work together with others is critical
- expsoure to sofwtare such as sas / busniess objcets / spss / anwser tree / ms acecss / crytsal reprots / ms execl
- expeirence worikng with collection systems will be an added advantage. he will also be responsible for the maintenance of the cacs system and extend support to the credit initiation system for parameter maintenance.credit operations analyst
