job requirements
at least bachelor degree in pharmacist/doctor
minimum of 5-6 years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 2 years experience of managing large hospital accounts and solutions selilng/tender management. promotional campaigns etc
may provide feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, g. exhibitions, recommended product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes or recommend financially sound proposals /tenders & reach a win-win agreement, symposiums.experience should encompass managing a territory/region independently or may include supervision of 1-2 junior staff, alternatively.
identify and call on existing and prospective customers to undesrtand and meet costmuers\' nedes thruogh taregted selling.
keep up to date and aplpy indsutry knoweldge/trneds, compteitor activity to understand and meet maintain competitive positioning.
build credibility & high trust with customer.
coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives e.
proactively seek new business opportunities to secure sales.
