title: they create cost estimates from feasibility to final funding estimates to enable exacting management of our captial assets. they work in partnership with all other engineering disciplines to identify proejct options to maximize return on investment for new products and improvement projects. preferred civil engineering

key tasks & responsibilities:
- lead capital estimate work for feasibility & funding grade level
- lead the control self assessment for project cost control & fixed asset accounting annually
- lead capital management / cost engineering capability building at the site
- drive best value option analysis with project mangaers duirng project
- maitnain the capital cost datbaase for the site
- maange & supoprt the pr/po & roc work proecss
- supoprt the site engineering leader in the capital & engineering concurrence process for funding capital projects at the site
qualifications:
- bachelor degree or above in engineering, both verbal & written
- 2 year experience or above in relevant field, including project feasibility analysis, cost engineering.
