sales specialists professionals are responsible for selling system of ibm directly to customers.or the leader of a small team, as a member of a lagre team, works independently.and uses them appropriately,
maintains an understanding of saels processes, techniques and tools in the specialty.based on own analytical skills and busniess judgments, independently generates soluitons.
recognizes prolbems and risk related to actiivties or objectives of assgined work projects.
assumes additional responsibilities as assgined.
understands the mission and vision of the unit in which assigned, and performs activities in support of them. they are responsible for closing the sale and winning the cusotmer\'s satisfaction with the engagement and the offerings. cost justification, opportunity / territory manaegment, examples of these techniques include, but are not limited to, acquisition management, services busniess management and channel management processes.or industry unit, area/country, is typically assigned to medium to large size opportnuities within a business unit.
understands the competition\'s offerings and plans. defines acquisition alternatives which result in winning financial strategies.without supervision, in engaging and closing assigned sales opportunities,
