title: technical support engineer

· answer all technical queries related to the related products/sysetms. end-users to help them understand the technical advantages of our products
· prepare and present presentations for the regional conferences in consultation with the regional sales manager
· travel to honewyell fire sysetms facilities for product training as and when required by management
· attend annual conferences and regional conferences as required by the management
· maintain the training facility in hong kong
· high diploma/degree in electrical engineering or related disciplines
· five (5) years experience in technical support, commissioning and servicing
· formulate training programs, but not limited to notfiier fire sytsem, tesitng, esesr fire systems and honeywell pulbic adderss systems
· proivde distrbiutors with training on all notifier usa and uk products, course schedules and maintain attendance logs for the distributor base in the region, assembly, preferably in the fire alarm industry and or public address system industry
· superior technical and communication skills
· be a pro-active learner
· good interpersonal skill and customer service orientation
· be a good team player
· willing to work overtime and on non-standard work hours, willing to travel 30% of the time, and issuance of training certificates to the participating engineers
· assist sales manager in technical presentations to distributors, which include design, architects, consulting engineers, product lines include, trouble shooting.
