- coordinate with huamn resoruces for approrpiate staffing levels.back-up for absent employees, overtime assignment, and shift rotations, employee breaks, employee vacations,
- responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training.
- ensure smooth production operation during shift. and changeovers, shutdowns,
- coordinate production startups.
- conduct employee performance reviews.
- ensure a clean and safe work area.
- schedule and conduct shift meetings.
you should possess a bachelor of science degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical degree is preferred).
- develop exempt manufacturing supervisors competencies in operational strategies, project management and effective employee relations/management practices.
- responsible to meet shift production goals.
